Kaohsiung International Food Show is focusing on delicious agricultural and fisheries products, the Agriculture Bureau and Marine Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government and the Taiwan Frozen Seafood Industries Association, are leading a strong lineup of exhibitors that will showcase southern Taiwan’s freshest local delicacies. An-Shin Food Service Co. is making its debut at the show and aims to develop the southern Taiwan market. The Taiwan Vegetarian Association, which is also making its maiden appearance, is bringing together several makers of high-quality vegetarian products, such as vegetarian hamburgers.
